At Parillo’s Sausage, your satisfaction is our top priority. Since 1951, we have been committed to delivering the finest quality sausages and seasoning blends from our family to yours. Because we sell perishable food products and proprietary spice blends, please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Perishable Products (Sausage & Meat Products)
Due to the perishable nature of our sausage products, we are unable to accept returns on any fresh or frozen sausage items once they have been delivered. All sales on perishable goods are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrectly packaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at parillosausage@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or spoiled product
We will review your claim promptly and, where applicable, offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion.
Seasoning Blends & Non-Perishable Products
For our proprietary seasoning blends and other non-perishable items, we accept return or refund requests within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is:
- Unopened and in its original packaging
- Unused and in resalable condition
To initiate a return, please contact us at parillosausage@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrectly sent.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Incorrect or Missing Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by sending the correct item or issuing a full refund for the missing product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please email us immediately at parillosausage@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
